# Why Join Our DAO?

Degen Forest, DAO LLC aims to migrate traditional industries onto the blockchain. Through a blend of blockchain and non-blockchain partnerships, Degen Forest intends to grow the utility of its digital asset to become a unit of measure for Blockchain. Our goal is to offer a guranteed positive first experience for new people who wants to explore the benefits of web3 technologies and integrate existing applications into blockchain technology using GRASS. We welcome like-minded individuals, entities, and network participants to join in on our mission of setting the standard for legally registered DAO LLCs who share benefits with their community members.
