# Operating Agreement Degen Forest, DAO LLC (the “Company”) is formed as a Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous Organization (“DAO”) limited liability company by filing the Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State on October 14, 2022. As such, the Company is governed pursuant to the Wyoming Decentralized Autonomous Organization Supplement, Wyo. Stat. 17-31-101 et seq. (2021) and to the extent applicable the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act, Wyo. Stat. 17-29-101 et seq. (2021). Below is a complete signed copy of the Operating Agreement.
